Simpler deals

Soon, a friend of Paul’s reached out to him for help with through their first deal. This one was in pretty good shape, but did need cosmetic updating. Paul helped walk him through the deal and make the offer. He then turned around and brought a buyer for the property, and together they made a difference. The seller was happy because they were able to get out of their house quickly. The buyer was happy because they had a good deal for themselves. Of course we were happy as we successfully completed a deal with very few hiccups. Paul has done several deals like this since.
