Unfortunately, a client of ours lost a loved one who was a real estate investor and was in the process of renovating a home. Our client was a busy man with his own life to handle, and now owned a property that was stripped to the studs. He gave us a call. We went and saw the property. A lot of the demo work was already done, as well as some plumbing and electrical work had been done. After some negotiations, we came to an agreement that was good for both him and us. In a couple of weeks, the problem property was no longer in his hands and now it was in ours, and both parties walked away happy.
