Meet Paul, the owner at CCIT. Paul was born in the DFW area and was raised both here and in Jos, Nigeria. Coming from a missionary family, Paul is privileged to call both places home. He has learned to love travel and exploring new places. Currently, he has been to 5 continents and 13 countries. As a kid, he loved to collect animals, and even had a pet monkey (Mikey). His love for animals and knack for entrepreneurship had him running his first little business; raising rabbits. Was it super successful? Heck no. But it taught him good lessons and started him down the path of independence. After high school, Paul attended Texas A&M – Commerce where he earned a BA in Finance. Post college, Paul was determined to carve his own path. His goal was to be involved in real estate investing. He took a construction sales position with a local roofing company, which introduced him to contracting, rehabbing, and selling. Paul’s grandfather, also Paul, showed Paul the power of real estate by example. Paul Sr. went from missionary to retired with just 3 small properties. Mind you, this comes from a missionary income, which is almost never enough. Fast forward 10 years, it is 2019 and Paul found his first deal. When someone at a bank asked for a quote on some repairs for a property they had foreclosed on, Paul asked if they had any others for sale. They had one. And he was off to the races.
